Please ensure all items are in their original unworn condition with tags attached to be eligible for a refund or store credit.

Return Process

  Visit our online return portal and enter your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to send back.

  Pack Your Items

  Carefully place the items in their original packaging, ensuring all gothic accessories and tags are included to avoid restocking fees.

  Ship It Back

  Print your prepaid shipping label from the portal, attach it to your package, and drop it off at any authorized carrier location.

  Receive Your Refund

  Once our coven receives and inspects your package, we will process your refund or store credit within 5-7 business days.
